This page contains some frequently asked questions and answers that pertain to using MusicMastery on Macintosh computers.
Q. On the Macintosh sometimes music does not play when using QuickTime. How can I
make sure it plays?
A. On occasion QuickTime may not play notes. To refresh QuickTime Choose-View Repaint.
This command will repaint your score, check your music file for integrity and correct
problems, and refresh QuickTime (if it is being used). Also make sure you have
Virtual Memory turned Off.
Q. The message, "This application requires System 7." appears when
installing MusicMastery. Why?
A. You will receive this message if you are not running the proper operating system.
MusicMastery requires System 7 or above on the Macintosh.
